Client: S'Up Production as the main production studio
Project: Remote collaborative animation work on a tight deadline (before the pandemic!)
Challenge: Hitting a tight deadline is always a challenge, but it's even more so when the people working on a project are doing so remotely.
Solution: Lots of communication and project management know-how. S'Up took care of the character animations, INX did the transitions and motion-graphics, all while keeping in tight communication so that we would know and react if any problem or opportunity arose. In the end, we got remote work to function way before it was cool.
