Animated presentation video - Dunwell Industrial Real Estate
Client: Musket as the agency working for Dunwell România, the biggest real estate agency specialized in industrial and land brokerage in Romania.
Project: An animated presentation video about the state of the industrial real estate market in Romania in 2018.
Challenge: Position Dunwell as the main market expert by condensing a large amount of information into an interesting, attention-grabbing video that would turn heads at industry fairs and events.
Solution: Building off of Dunwell's existing branding, we decided to go with a minimalist, iconographic style that was both easy to set up technically and aesthetically pleasing. To make the whole production process faster, we decided to really flesh out both the message and the look during the storyboarding phase, which allowed us to incorporate client feedback much quicker and actually enabled us to deliver the final videos a few days ahead of schedule, to the client's delight.
